Join The Wildlife Trust on a pollinator walk exploring the JQ cemeteries learning about the wonderful bees, butterflies and other insects.

Join us on a pollinator walk with The Wildlife Trust for Birmingham & Black Country. We will be exploring the unique grounds of the Jewellery Quarter cemeteries learning about the wonderful bees, butterflies and other insects that are so important for the natural world around us and showing us how alive these spaces still are.

This FREE walk is funded by The Jewellery Quarter Cemeteries Project, through partnership with National Lottery Heritage Fund, Birmingham City Council and the Jewellery Quarter Development Trust.

Places are limited to maintain social distancing, booking is essential to allow track and trace. This is an outdoor event, and face coverings are not required, but you may wish to bring one to allow the group to get closer to the pollinators during the walk.

We will meet at The Big Peg and walk down to the cemeteries together. The route will vary depending on what we find, we may walk across uneven ground to find the best spots for insects.
