An online broadcast of The Time Machine by Don’t Go Into The Cellar, filmed on location in the historic Warstone Lane Cemetery in Birmingham

Join acclaimed actor Jonathan Goodwin in this original one-man adaptation of the classic H.G. Wells time travel tale. An authentic and faithful take on the source material, scripted by Jonathan Goodwin and co-directed by Goodwin and Gary Archer. Filmed and edited by Gary Archer.

Brought to you by Don’t Go Into The Cellar! Victorian theatre with bite!

Filmed on location in the historic Warstone Lane Cemetery, there will also some short films about some of the Victorian Scientists and Inventors laid to rest there and in the neighbouring Key Hill Cemetery.

After the film there will be a Live Q&A session with Jonathan Goodwin and Josie Wall from the Jewellery Quarter Cemeteries Project.

All proceeds from ticket sales go to supporting Don’t Go Into The Cellar, at a time when many live theatre events, including those scheduled at Warstone Lane Cemetery have been cancelled.

This event will take place via Zoom. A link will be sent to ticket holders on the day of the event.
